Система противодымной вентиляции

Система противодымной вентиляции представляет собой совокупность вентиляционного оборудования, целью работы которой является защита обслуживаемых помещений от продуктов горения. Принцип работы противодымной вентиляции с клапанами и вентиляторами дымоудаления

  • 1. В помещении возник очаг возгорания – срабатывает дымовой датчик.
  • 2. Сигнал от датчика поступает на диспетчерскую станцию.
  • 3. Система общеобменной вентиляции автоматически выключаются и все огнезадерживающие клапаны закрываются.
  • 4. В зоне возгорания в системе дымоудаления открывается противодымной клапан для удаления дыма.
  • 5. Одновременно включается вентилятор дымоудаления и вентилятор подпора воздуха.

Наличие противодымной вентиляции — обязательное требование для крупных промышленных предприятий, общественных учреждений, коммерческих зданий и сооружений. Её присутствие необходимо везде, где существует опасность возгорания и присутствует большое количество людей и материальных ценностей.

Разновидности системы дымоудаления

В зависимости от выполняемых функций, различают два типа противодымной вентиляции — вытяжную и приточную. Каждая из них обладает индивидуальными особенностями и требует комплектации различным оборудованием.

Вытяжная вентиляция системы дымоудаления

Вытяжная противодымная вентиляция — подразумевает естественное или принудительное выведение продуктов горения за пределы защищаемого внутреннего пространства. Дым через противодымные люки выводится наружу или через дымовые клапаны поступает в отдельные вентиляционные каналы, по которым перемещается наружу здания под действием естественной тяги или принудительно, при участии промышленных вентиляторов.

Приточная вентиляция системы дымоудаления

Приточная противодымная вентиляция — за счёт подачи воздуха снаружи, вентилятором подпора воздуха создаётся избыточное давление в охваченном пожаром помещении. При открывании клапанов дымоудаления, а также окон или дверей, начинает работать вентилятор дымоудаления, давление автоматически выравнивается, а продукты горения удаляются за пределы помещения вместе с избыточным объёмом воздуха.

Этапы расчета противодымной вентиляции

Гарантия обеспечения безопасности людей и материальных ценностей требует тщательного подхода к проектированию и монтажу противодымной вентиляции. Поэтому установке системы предшествует расчёт, который проводится в несколько этапов.

    Последовательность проведения расчёта противодымной вентиляции:

  • Сбор исходных данных для проектирования — изучение планировки помещений, контроль фактических размеров, ознакомление с планируемыми условиями эксплуатации и характером деятельности объекта.
  • Моделирование возгорания — детальный анализ опасных факторов, оценка возможной температуры и времени распространения пламени, определение вероятной степени задымления внутреннего пространства и путей перемещения дыма.
  • Расчёт необходимых параметров производительности системы противодымной вентиляции, выбор и подгонка оптимального комплекта деталей и устройств. В соответствии с требуемыми характеристиками производительности подбираются оптимальные модели дымовых клапанов и промышленных вентиляторов.

Роль клапана дымоудаления в противодымной вентиляции

Клапаны дымоудаления — разновидность оборудования для систем противодымной вентиляции, которая используется для открывания и закрывания проёмов вентиляционных каналов. Фактически срабатывание клапана обеспечивает активацию всей системы дымоудаления, поэтому их установка обязательна для большинства общественных мест с обширными площадями внутреннего пространства.

Дымовой клапан устанавливается непосредственно в проёме вентиляционной шахты или на выходе вентиляционного канала в защищаемое помещение. В зависимости от места установки различают стеновые и канальные разновидности оборудования. Отличительная особенность стеновых моделей — присоединительный фланец располагается только с одной стороны (на втором торце чаще всего монтируется декоративная решётка). У клапанов канального типа — два соединительных фланца (по одному на каждом торце), которые используются для сборки оборудования с ответными воздуховодами вентиляции.

Одна из наиболее важных характеристик противодымного клапана — предел огнестойкости, который варьируется в зависимости от применяемых для изготовления материалов и состоит из двух показателей:

Для дымовых клапанов серии КЛАД-2 предел огнестойкости составляет Е90, что означает способность оборудования сохранять целостность конструкции в течение 90 минут возгорания. Модели серии КЛАД-3 представляют собой противопожарные клапаны с теплоизоляцией, поэтому для них предел огнестойкости составляет EI120, то есть сохранение целостности и термостойкости на протяжении 120 минут.
