Критерии выбора электропривода

    В зависимости от размера, типа и предназначения вентиляционного клапана подбирается электропривод. Вкратце перечислим различия между приводами Белимо (потом расмотрим всё подробнее):

  • Тип привода – электромеханический или реверсивный
  • Наличие или отсутствие встроенной возвратной пружины
  • Усилие привода (крутящий момент) – от 2.5Нм до 40Нм
  • Напряжение питания – 24В или 230В
  • Тип управляющего сигнала – 2-х, 3-хпозиционное или аналоговое управление
  • Наличие или отсутствие дополнительных контактов (для сигнализации положения)
    Вентиляционные клапаны бывают следующих видов:

  • Противопожарные (или огнезадерживающие)
  • Дымоудаления (дымовые)
  • Воздушные

Для противопожарных клапанов предназначены электромеханические приводы Белимо с возвратной пружиной, для клапанов дымоудлаения – реверсивные приводы (без пружны), а для воздушной заслонки – электромеханические приводы с возвратной пружиной и без пружинного возврата. Итого 4 возможных варианта, каждый из который отличается еще рядом характеристик, которые мы и расмотрим ниже.

Электромеханический привод Белимо для противопожарного клапана

Для огнезадерживающих клапанов Белимо производит 4 линейки приводов по 4 модели в каждой. Это серии BFL…-T, BLF…-T, BFN…-T, BF…-T, где буква “F” означает наличие встроенной возвратной пружины, а буква “Т” ещё и наличие термоэлектрического прерывателя (термодатчик).

Серия Белимо BFL и BLF предназначена для управления клапанами небольшого размера (до 0.8-1.2м²), а серия BFN и BF для клапанов среднего размера (1.5-3м²).

Каждая серия включает по 2 модели на 24В и 2 модели на 230В.

Каждая серия огнезадерживающих приводов Белимо включает 4 модели, различающихся между собой напряжением (и как следствие потребляемой мощностью) и наличием или отсутствием термодатчика.

Серия BFN представлена недавно. Корпус данной линейки выполнен из высококачественного безгалогенового и огнестойкого полимера.

Все внутренние детали, подверженные повышенной эксплуатации и нагрузки, выполнены из стали: передающее звено, пружина, редуктор и втулки, благодаря чему гарантированный срок службы не менее 60.000 циклов, а гарантия целых 5 лет.
