Описание и применение Gruner 341-024D-03 с возвратной пружиной

Привод с возвратной пружиной Gruner 341 с усилием 3Нм и напряжения питания в 24В устанавливается на воздушные заслонки и дроссель-клапаны для регулирования (открытие и закрытие) заслонки. Благодаря встроенному пружинному возврату, Gruner 341-024D-03 способен выполнять еще и защитные функции (защита от дыма и замораживания).

Принцип действия Gruner с возвратной пружиной. Вращение заслонки из начального в конечное положение осуществляется с помощью двигателя, вместе с тем взводится пружина. Привод остается в конечной позиции при помощи реверсивного кулачка. При размыкании цепи или пропадания напряжения, привод воздушной заслонки возвращается в начальное положение при помощи возвратной пружины.

Электроприводы Gruner должны устанавливаться в сухой среде, свободной от агрессивных веществ. В случае наружного монтажа привод должен быть соответствующим образом защищен от внешних воздействий.

Подбор воздушного привода Gruner 341 с возвратной пружиной

Крутящий момент двигателя и пружины у сервопривода 341-024D-03 равен 3Нм, этого достаточно для управления заслонкой с площадью до 0.6 м² (площадь указана ориентировочно и зависит от особенностей воздушного клапана и характеристик вентиляционной системы). Для заслонки большего размера, есть привод на 5Нм – Gruner 341-230-05 (до 1 м²).
