ВО 06-300 – осевой вытяжной вентилятор низкого давления и одностороннего всасывания, предназначеный для систем вентиляции и отопления зданий и сооружений разного функционального назначения. Устанавливается в круглых стенных проемах и воздуховодах.

Вентилятор ВО 06-300 имеет два варианта исполнения: рабочее колесо (крыльчатка) имеет 3 или 5 лопаток.

Производятся ВО 06-300 в общепромышленном исполнении из углеродистой стали и во взрывозащищённом корпусе из углеродистой стали и латуни или из алюминиевых сплавов.

Описание и применение ВО 06-300

Вентиляторы осевые ВО 06-300 предназначены для вентиляционных, отопительных систем зданий и сооружений разного функционального назначения. Ими могут комплектоваться градирни, охладительные/сварочные установки, сушильные шкафы, покрасочные камеры, вентиляция промышленных объектов, зданий, гаражей, подвалов, туннелей.

Взрывозащищенные вентиляторы ВО 06-300 (из разнородных металлов) применяют для перемещения газопаровоздушных взрывоопасных смесей IIA, IIB категорий, не вызывающих ускоренной коррозии углеродистой стали и алюминия (скорость коррозии не выше 0,1 мм в год) с содержанием пыли и других твердых примесей не более 0,01 г/м3 при отсутствии взрывчатых и липких веществ и волокнистых материалов.

Конструкция осевого вентилятора ВО 06-300

ВО 06-300 – осевой вентилятор низкого давления и одностороннего всасывания. Конструкция состоит из цилиндрического корпуса, рамы, рабочего колеса, асинхронного электродвигателя (типа АИР или АИМ), оснащен защитной решеткой. Взрывозащищенные вентиляторы комплектуются взрывозащищенными двигателями серии AИM. Рабочее колесо (крыльчатка) в устройствах от завода «Вентилятор» имеет не сварную, а клепаную конструкцию, обычно правого вращения. Количество лопаток в нем зависит от типоразмера осевого вентилятора. Устройства могут устанавливаться в оконные проемы либо в стену. Вентилятор осевой ВО 06-300 входит в агрегат отопительный АО-2.

Вентиляторы осевые низкого давления ВО 06-300 изготавливаются из углеродистой стали. Рабочий орган осевого вентилятора рабочее колесо с 3, 5 или 6 лопатками (лопастями). По желанию заказчика вентилятор может быть изготовлен с ногами.

Условия эксплуатации осевых вентиляторов ВО 06-300

Осевые вентиляторы ВО 06-300 рассчитаны на эксплуатацию в климатических условиях У и Т при температуре от -40 до +40-45 градусов 2-й и 3-й категорий размещения. Могут использоваться в сейсмоопасных зонах.

Недопустимо использование ВО 06-300 совместно с установками, нагревающими содержащиеся в воздухе взрывоопасные вещества до температуры их воспламенения.
