✎ Описание 3-хрядного теплообменника

Трёхрядные канальные теплообменники применяют в системах вентиляции и кондиционирования, предназначены для нагрева и охлаждения воздуха в системах воздушного отопления, вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха различных конструкций.

Канальные нагреватели позволяют использовать в качестве теплоносителя не только воду, но и незамерзающие смеси.

Описание трёхрядных теплообменников КВТ

Теплообменники изготавливаются на базе медных труб и алюминиевых пластин. Максимальные размеры одного блока оребрения составляет примерно 3,5 х 4 м.

Теплообменники позволяют использовать в качестве теплоносителя не только воду, но и незамерзающие смеси.

Водяные теплообменники стандартно изготавливаются в десяти типоразмерах, в двухрядном, трехрядном и четырёхрядном исполнении, а так же 2-х или 3-х рядном исполнении с удлиненными коллекторами.

Поверхность теплообмена изготовлена из алюминиевых пластин и проходящих через них медных трубок диаметром 3/8″ или 1/2″. Расположение трубок шахматное.
Корпус изготавливается из оцинкованного стального листа. Все обогреватели испытываются на герметичность при давлении 25 Атм.

Конструкция коллекторов водяных теплообменников позволяет использовать устройства для отвода воздуха, а также позволяет использовать погружные температурные датчики для контроля температуры воды.

По-умолчанию, коллектор у нагревателя TEW – T-образный. Под заказ возможна поставка нагревателей TEW c L-образным коллектором.
В этом случае они называются TEW-L.
